What is invoicelink.io?: invoicelink.io is a online payment management app. We allow users to bring their own merchant accounts to our platform in order to accept and manage payments online.
What are quick links?: A quick link is a link that you can send to your customers to pay you. It's a no fuss way to get paid. Type an amount and send the link. We will generate a basic invoice for you.
What is a payment gateway?: A payment gateway is a service that authorizes credit card payments and processes them securely with a user's merchant account. We integrate with a number of payment gateways to allow you to accept payments online.
Do I need a merchant account?: You will need a merchant account to accept payments online. We don't offer merchant accounts, but we do integrate with a number of payment gateways that do. You can sign up for a merchant account with one of our supported payment gateways.
Can I use this app without an integration?: Yes, you can add banking details to your invoices and use the app to automate the creation and sending of invoices. You can always add a payment integration later to accept payments online.
Do you take a transaction fee?: No we don't. We offer a range of free and subscription based services. Do keep in mind that depending on the payment gateway used, they will charge you a small fee for each transaction.
Which payment gateways do you support?: We currently support Payfast and Yoco. We are working on adding more payment gateways soon.
How do I access my funds?: We don't hold your funds, nor are we ever able to access them. Your money goes directly into your merchant account and can only be withdrawn from there.
